About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be a member and in good standing of the Virginia State Bar
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate, civil litigation, and/or creditors’ rights practice
  • Willing and able to proactively use the Firm’s case management and reporting software
  • Strong foundation in civil procedure, motions practice, and loss mitigation
  • Knowledge of Title & Lien Priority, Title Claim, Foreclosure, Eviction, TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and creditors’ rights practice generally
  • Court appearances and attendant travel required
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and mentoring
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to superior client support and sound judgment
  • Additional Bar licenses are a plus
