About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the local network representative in Besançon and the surrounding area
- Develop the local business by onboarding new properties for management
- Oversee the property portfolio: housekeeping, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations
- Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-platform distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
- Build and manage a local network of service providers
- Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System
- Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships
- Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry is accepted
- Entrepreneurial motivation and independence
- Desire to build a recurring, long-term income
- Independent contractor status
