About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive business development in the assigned area by onboarding new properties under management
Manage the property portfolio’s day-to-day operations
Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and check-in/check-out services
Manage guest relationships
Optimize revenue through yield management
Ensure multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
Develop and coordinate the local service-provider network
Delegate portfolio management to the ALB network during periods of absence
Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity
