About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Grow the local business by onboarding new properties under management
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations
  • Optimize revenue through yield management and multichannel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
  • Manage a local network of service providers
  • Delegate portfolio management during periods of absence through the ALB Vacation System
  • Receive and manage property-owner inquiries via the ALB platform
  • Potentially build a team of City Managers through a sponsorship program
