About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive business development in the area by bringing new properties under management
- Oversee the property portfolio operationally: housekeeping, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations
- Optimize revenue through yield management and multichannel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
- Build and manage a local network of service providers
- Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System
- Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity
