About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the local network representative in the city and surrounding areas
Develop the local business and bring new properties under management
Oversee the property portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations
Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-channel listing on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
Coordinate the local network of service providers
Delegate portfolio management to the ALB network during absences through the Vacation System
Optionally build a team of sponsored City Managers and earn commissions on their activity

Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome
