About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive business development in the assigned area by onboarding new properties for management
- Manage a local portfolio of apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and unique accommodations
- Oversee cleaning, maintenance, check-ins/check-outs, and guest relations
- Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
- Build and manage a local network of service providers
- Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System
- Recruit and potentially mentor other City Managers
- Build a managed property portfolio and develop recurring revenue
Requirements
What you’ll need- Independent contractor / freelance status
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
- Motivation to develop an independent business
- Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome
