About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as ALB’s local representative in the city and surrounding areas
Grow the business in the territory by bringing new properties under management
Oversee the property portfolio: housekeeping, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations
Optimize revenue through yield management and distribution across Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
Manage the local service provider network
Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Holiday System
Potentially recruit sponsored City Managers and earn commissions on their business activity

Requirements

What you’ll need

Independent contractor status
Motivation and the ability to persuade property owners and build trust with them
Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome
Willingness to work independently with the support of a structured network
Desire to build a recurring, long-term income
