About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Grow the business in your area by onboarding new properties for management
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property portfolio
Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and check-in/check-out services
Manage guest relationships
Optimize revenue through yield management
Ensure listings are distributed across Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
Build and manage a local network of service providers
Delegate portfolio management to the ALB network during periods of absence through the ALB Vacation System
If desired, recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry is welcome
Motivation and commitment to building a recurring income over the long term
