About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the local network representative in your city and surrounding areas
Develop the local business and bring new properties into management
Oversee the property portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations
Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
Coordinate the local service provider network
Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System
Build a portfolio of managed properties
Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity

Requirements
