About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
- List and optimize properties: photos, descriptions, and SEO
- Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue
- Manage bookings and guest relations, including messaging, check-ins, and disputes
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance teams between stays
- Prospect for new property owners wishing to outsource the management of their properties
- Manage operations through the ALB platform and receive inquiries from property owners in your area
- Optionally build a team of City Managers under your sponsorship
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
- Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry is welcome
- Motivation and ability to work independently
- Desire to build a long-term recurring income
- Independent contractor status
