Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO
Implement dynamic pricing (yield management)
Manage bookings and guest relations, including messaging, check-ins, and dispute resolution
Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays
Prospect for new property owners seeking to outsource the management of their properties
Manage the business through the ALB platform and receive inquiries from property owners in your area
Recruit and refer City Managers, if desired

Requirements

What you’ll need

Independent contractor / freelance status
Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
Motivation and ability to develop an independent business
Interest in building a long-term recurring income
Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is accepted
