About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop the local market by bringing new properties under management
- Oversee the property portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-ins/check-outs, and guest relations
- Optimize revenue through yield management and multi-channel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
- Manage and coordinate the local service-provider network
- Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System
- Build a team of sponsored City Managers, if desired
