Key responsibilities & impact

Identify and onboard new properties for management, including apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and unique or unconventional accommodations

Manage your property portfolio as if it were your own business
Coordinate cleaning and maintenance services
Manage relationships with property owners and guests
Organize your schedule independently
Work partly remotely and partly in the field
Develop a luxury villa, chalet, and exceptional property management business through ALB Prestige

Requirements

What you’ll need

Independent contractor status
Strong persuasion skills to convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their properties
Open to candidates from all professional backgrounds and industries
Eagerness to learn and deliver high-quality work
Ability to organize your time independently
No specific degree or prior experience required
Comprehensive in-house training provided in legal, technical, sales, and management areas
