About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and onboard new properties for management, including apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and unusual or unique accommodations
- Become the ALB point of contact in your area
- Manage your property portfolio as if it were your own business
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance services
- Manage relationships with property owners and guests
- Organize your schedule independently
- Work partly remotely and partly in the field
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong powers of persuasion: the ability to convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their accommodation
- Open to candidates from all backgrounds, particularly real estate, sales, hairdressing, or other fields
- Eager to learn and committed to doing quality work
- Able to organize your time independently
- Independent contractor status
- No specific degree or prior experience explicitly required
