About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the local network representative in Honfleur and the surrounding area
- Develop the local business by acquiring new properties for management
- Oversee the property portfolio: cleaning, maintenance, check-in/check-out, and guest relations
- Optimize revenue through yield management and multichannel distribution on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
- Build and manage a local network of service providers
- Delegate portfolio management during absences through the ALB Vacation System
- Build a portfolio of managed properties
- Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their business activity
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
- Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome
- Motivation to build an independent business
- Desire for autonomy with the support of a structured network
- Willingness to build a recurring long-term income
