About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Launch and develop your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand
- Establish and grow a property concierge services business in your local area
- Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties
- Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance agents
- Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools
- Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship
- Manage your business through the ALB platform and receive inquiries from property owners in your area
Requirements
What you’ll need- Independent contractor / entrepreneur status
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust with them
- Motivation to develop an entrepreneurial business
- Autonomy, with the support of a structured network
- No specific degree, experience, or certification explicitly required
