About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Launch and develop your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand
- Establish and grow the concierge services business in your local area
- Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties
- Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance agents
- Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools
- Potentially build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship
- Develop a short-term rental management business for villas, premium apartments, and unique accommodations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Independent contractor / freelance status
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships
- Motivation and willingness to build a long-term recurring income
- Independence of a self-employed professional, backed by the support of a structured network
