About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create and develop your own concierge services business in your area under the ALB brand
- Prospect for and sign property owners who want to outsource the management of their properties
- Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals
- Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools
- If desired, build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship
- Receive and manage property-owner inquiries in your area through the ALB platform
- Develop a short-term rental management business for villas, premium apartments, and unique properties
