Establish and grow the concierge business in your local area
Prospect for and secure management agreements with property owners
Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals
Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools
Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship
Develop a short-term rental management business for villas, premium apartments, and unique properties

Requirements

What you’ll need

Independent / freelance status
Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
Motivation and determination to build a recurring, long-term income
Ability to work independently with the support of a structured network
Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is not required
No specific degree, certification, or minimum number of years of experience required
