About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Launch and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand
- Establish and grow the property concierge business in your area
- Prospect for and sign property owners who want to outsource the management of their properties
- Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals
- Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools
- Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship
- Manage the business through the ALB platform and receive property-owner requests in your area
Requirements
What you’ll need- Self-employed / freelance status
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
- Motivation and ability to develop an entrepreneurial business
- Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome
- Desire for autonomy with the support of a structured network
- Interest in building a recurring long-term income
