About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand
Create and develop a property concierge business in your area
Prospect for and sign management agreements with property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties
Build and lead a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals
Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools
Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship
Earn 75% to 85% of the concierge service fees generated by the business
Develop a portfolio of managed properties and benefit from its buyout by ALB when you leave the network
