Key responsibilities & impact

Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand
Establish and develop your concierge business in your local area
Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties
Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals
Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools
Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship
Receive inquiries from property owners in your area and manage your business in real time via the ALB platform

Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry is welcome
Motivation and commitment to building a long-term recurring income
Independence of a self-employed professional, with the support of a structured network
