About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Launch and grow your own real estate concierge services business under the ALB brand
- Establish and develop your concierge services company in your local area
- Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties
- Build and manage your local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals
- Independently manage your property portfolio using ALB’s digital tools
- Build your own network of City Managers under your sponsorship, with the opportunity to earn commissions on their business activity
