About the role

- Establish and grow a property concierge business in your local area
- Prospect for and secure mandates from property owners
- Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals
- Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools
- Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship
- Develop and manage a portfolio of short-term rental properties
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
- Motivation and drive
- Independence of a self-employed entrepreneur, with the support of a structured network
- Desire to build a recurring, long-term income
- Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is not required—motivation is what matters
