About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create and develop your own concierge services business under the ALB brand in your territory
- Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties
- Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals
- Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools
- Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship
- Develop a short-term rental management business for villas, premium apartments, and unique accommodations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Independent contractor / self-employed entrepreneur status
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships
- Candidates from real estate, sales, or other professional backgrounds are welcome
- Motivation and determination to build a recurring long-term income
- Autonomy with the support of a structured network
