About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand
- Prospect for and sign management mandates with property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties
- Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals
- Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools
- Potentially develop a network of City Managers under your sponsorship
- Develop a short-term rental management business in your area
Requirements
What you’ll need- Independent / freelance status
- Ability to convince property owners and build trust with them
- Motivation to develop an entrepreneurial business
- Ability to work independently with the support of a structured network
- Interest in building a long-term, recurring income stream
- Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is a plus but not required
