About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Launch and grow your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand
Establish and develop a concierge services business in your area
Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties
Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance agents
Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools
Where applicable, build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship
Receive and manage property-owner requests in your area through the ALB platform
Delegate portfolio management to the ALB network during periods of absence

Requirements

What you’ll need

Independent contractor / self-employed status
Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
Motivation to develop an independent business
Desire to build a recurring long-term income
Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is welcome but not required
