About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create and develop your own concierge services business under the ALB brand

- Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals
- Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools
- Potentially build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship
- Develop your business within the assigned territory
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships
- Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome
- Motivation and drive
- The autonomy of an independent business owner, with the support of a structured network
- Willingness to build a recurring, long-term income
