About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create and develop your property concierge business in your territory
- Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties
- Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals
- Independently manage your portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools
- Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship
- Develop a short-term rental property management business under the ALB brand
- Receive 75% to 85% of the concierge commission generated by your business
Requirements
What you’ll need- Independent / freelance status
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
- Motivation to develop an entrepreneurial business
- Interest or experience in real estate, sales, or another industry
- Desire for autonomy with the support of a structured network
- Willingness to build a recurring income stream over the long term
