About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Launch and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand
Establish and grow a property concierge business in your local area
Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties
Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance agents
Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools
Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship
Receive and process property owner inquiries in your area
Monitor and manage operations in real time through the ALB platform
