About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create and develop a property concierge business in your area
- Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties
- Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals
- Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools
- Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship
- Develop a short-term rental management business under the ALB brand
Requirements
What you’ll need- Independent contractor status
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust with them
- Motivation
- Self-directed approach with the support of a structured network
- Desire to build a recurring income stream over the long term
- Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is welcome but not required
