About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Launch and grow your own property concierge services business under the ALB brand
Establish and develop a property concierge services business in your local area
Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties
Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals
Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools
Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and grow a network
Manage the business through the ALB platform and industry-specific tools
