About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create and develop a property concierge services business under the ALB brand
- Prospect for and sign management agreements with property owners
- Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals
- Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools
- If desired, build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship
- Develop and operate a short-term rental management business in your area
Requirements

- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust with them
- Motivation and ability to develop an entrepreneurial business
- Self-motivated, with the ability to benefit from the support of a structured network
