About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand
- Establish and develop the concierge business in your local area
- Prospect for property owners and secure management mandates
- Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals
- Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools
- If desired, build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship
- Receive and manage property-owner inquiries in your area through the ALB platform
Requirements
What you’ll need- Self-employed status
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
- Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome
- Motivation and determination to develop an entrepreneurial business
- Ability to work independently while leveraging a structured network
- Desire to build a recurring, long-term income
- No specific degree, certification, or minimum experience explicitly required
