About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Become an ALB sales agent in your area
- Identify and prospect property owners
- Convince owners to entrust ALB with the management of their properties
- Negotiate and sign property management agreements
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance service providers
- Manage relationships with property owners and guests
- Build a portfolio of properties under short-term rental management
- Build recurring monthly income from your portfolio
- Organize your schedule freely between partial remote work and field activities
- Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their business activity
Requirements
What you’ll need- Independent / freelance status
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
- Motivation and ability to develop a sales business
- Interest in the autonomy of self-employment with the support of a structured network
- Willingness to build long-term recurring income
- Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is welcome, but no specific experience is required
