About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Become an ALB sales agent in your area
- Build a portfolio of properties for short-term rental management
- Identify and actively prospect property owners
- Persuade owners to entrust you with the management of their properties
- Negotiate and sign property management agreements
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers
- Manage relationships with property owners and guests
- Grow your client portfolio to generate recurring monthly income
- Organize your schedule freely, working partly remotely and partly in the field
- Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity
