About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Become ALB’s sales agent in your area
- Identify and prospect property owners
- Persuade owners to entrust you with the management of their properties
- Negotiate and sign property management agreements
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance service providers
- Manage relationships with property owners and guests
- Build a portfolio of properties for short-term rental management
- Organize your schedule freely, working remotely part-time and in the field
- Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity
