About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop a portfolio of short-term rental properties under management in your area
- Identify property owners and persuade them to entrust you with the management of their properties
- Negotiate and sign property management agreements
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers
- Manage relationships with property owners and guests
- Grow the client portfolio to build recurring monthly income
- Organize your schedule freely, working partly remotely and partly in the field
- Receive inquiries from property owners in your area and manage the business through the ALB platform
- Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
- Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome
