About the role

- Negotiate and sign property management agreements
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers
- Manage relationships with property owners and guests
- Develop a portfolio of properties for short-term rental management
- Build a recurring monthly income stream
- Freely organize your schedule between partial remote work and fieldwork
- Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity
