About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop a portfolio of properties for short-term rental management in your area
- Identify and prospect apartment, house, villa, and unique-accommodation owners
- Convince owners to entrust you with the management of their properties
- Negotiate and sign property management agreements
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance service providers
- Manage relationships with property owners and guests
- Grow the client portfolio to generate recurring monthly income
- Organize your schedule freely between remote work and fieldwork
- Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
- Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome
- Motivation and independence suited to self-employment
- Desire to build a long-term recurring income stream
- Independent contractor status
