About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Become ALB’s sales agent in your local area
- Identify and actively prospect property owners
- Convince property owners to entrust ALB with the management of their properties
- Negotiate and sign property management agreements
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers
- Manage relationships with property owners and guests
- Build a client portfolio to generate recurring monthly income
- Organize your schedule freely between partial remote work and field-based activities
- Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity
