About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Become an ALB sales agent in your area
- Identify and actively prospect property owners
- Persuade owners to entrust ALB with the management of their properties
- Negotiate and sign property management agreements
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers
- Manage relationships with property owners and guests
- Build a client portfolio generating recurring monthly income
- Organize your schedule independently between partial remote work and on-site activities
- Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their activity
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
- Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome
- Motivation and independence suited to self-employment
- Desire to build a long-term recurring income stream
- Independent contractor status
- No specific experience, degree, or certification is explicitly required
