About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Become ALB’s sales agent in your local area
Identify owners of apartments, houses, villas, and unique properties
Persuade owners to entrust the management of their properties to ALB
Negotiate and sign property management agreements
Coordinate cleaning and maintenance service providers
Manage relationships with property owners and guests
Build a client portfolio generating recurring monthly income
Organize your schedule freely between partial remote work and field-based activities
Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn a commission on their business activity
