About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build a portfolio of short-term rental properties under management in your assigned area
- Identify and prospect apartment, house, villa, and unique-accommodation owners
- Persuade owners to entrust you with the management of their properties
- Negotiate and sign property management agreements
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance service providers
- Manage relationships with property owners and guests
- Grow the client portfolio to generate recurring monthly income
- Organize your schedule freely between remote work and field activities
- Optionally recruit your own City Managers through the referral program and earn a commission on their activity
