About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the Asset Management team to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of asset management systems and processes across all sites and functions
Maintain and improve master data standards to support compliance with the Asset Management Framework and drive productivity and cost improvements
Develop maintenance KPIs, reporting, and dashboards for operational performance visibility
Optimize and configure asset management systems including CMMS, MES, predictive tools, and engineering applications
Analyze asset and maintenance data to guide global work management optimization and future improvement strategies
Act as central liaison across functional groups for system integrations, digital transformation initiatives, connected worker solutions, and proactive system health monitoring

Requirements

What you’ll need

Availability to work on site (hybrid model)
Fluent English
Substantial experience in engineering or MES environments within heavy industry, specializing in data analytics
Proven ability to engage, influence, coach, and lead diverse teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong technical capability translating business processes into user-friendly applications
Robust project management practices
Experience leading Asset Management, Engineering Systems, Maintenance Systems, Reliability Systems, or Digital Transformation initiatives
Strong background in Master Data Management and Data Governance
Experience supporting ERP, EAM, CMMS, or enterprise business systems
Strong stakeholder engagement and change leadership capabilities
Experience influencing diverse global teams within a matrix organization
