About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor and control logistics processes, ensuring compliance with customer service levels

Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Logistics and/or a quantitative field
- Previous experience in Logistics, Transportation, and material flows
- User-level proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power BI
- Previous knowledge of CRM tools and models, continuous improvement and quality methodologies, Customer Success/Customer Experience, and customer service
