Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead new client implementations and existing client projects to successful, timely completion
  • Champion disciplined testing and change-control practices to minimize defects and support successful go-lives
  • Identify waste, redundancies, and inefficiencies and develop repeatable plans and best practices
  • Coach and empower team members to think critically, solve problems, understand risk, and manage projects
  • Oversee projects, balance resources and priorities, remove barriers, and serve as an escalation point
  • Partner with Go-to-Market and Service Delivery teams to anticipate client needs and prepare for new product capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong business analysis, solution design, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • 4+ years of relevant industry experience
  • 1+ year managing people or leading a team
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or work experience required
