About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead product demos and POCs showcasing Aleph’s AI-native approach to spreadsheet-heavy FP&A and sponsor reporting workflows
  • Own technical proof points, including demos, POCs, and deep-dive Q&A
  • Design and lead fast-paced trials that deliver clear value in days
  • Configure solutions, answer edge-case questions, and accelerate decisions
  • Engage CFOs and fund operating partners about AI applications and outcomes in finance
  • Translate technical features into business value and position Aleph as a strategic partner
  • Collaborate with GTM, Product, and Engineering teams to refine positioning and roadmap
  • Bring real-world customer insights to improve sales and product development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years on an investment or value creation team at a PE firm, or in a finance role at a PE-backed company
  • Comfortable working with a senior operating partner
  • Fast and sharp in a spreadsheet
  • Confident building and defending a model
  • Fluent translation between finance and product speak
  • Curious about AI and able to make the case for it to a skeptic
  • Remote-ready and self-directed on a distributed team
  • Nice-to-haves: startup experience, SQL/BI tools, sales engineering background
  • Candidates within the Americas (United States, Canada, LATAM)
