About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Central Functions and AD24 business areas
- Work closely with the HR Business Partner

Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven generalist HR experience at HR Officer or HR Advisor level
- Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations
- Confidence working with managers at all levels
- Ability to handle a varied caseload
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with HR systems is essential
- Experience with payroll processes is essential
- Experience maintaining accurate HR records is essential
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or currently working towards (bonus)
- HR or Business-related degree (bonus)
- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment (bonus)
- Experience supporting continuous improvement or HR transformation projects (bonus)
- Knowledge of integrated HR, payroll and time and attendance systems (bonus)
